Reviewers are responsible for assessing the quality of the manuscript before publication. Please use the following criteria:

• Novelty: Does this research provide a new contribution, or does it merely repeat existing studies? (This is crucial for the dynamic fields of Maritime Studies and Public Administration).
• Methodology: Is the chosen method (quantitative/qualitative) appropriate and described in sufficient detail?
• Relevance: Does the content of the manuscript align with the journal’s scope (Accounting, Management, etc.)?
• Citations: Has the author used recent journal references (ideally within the last 10 years)?
• Constructive Feedback: Reviewers must provide helpful and professional suggestions for improvement, rather than a simple rejection.
